CultureFest 305 2022

Immerse yourself in the magic of our city at HistoryMiami Museum’s sixth annual CultureFest 305, a folklife festival celebrating what makes Miami, Miami! Where else can you marvel at the music and dance of Cuba, Thailand, and Panama, learn hip hop moves or a Yiddish folk song, and sample pastelitos and Haitian epis, all in one day? Experience this and even more at this free festival highlighting the Magic City’s rich cultural diversity. Connect with your community during this jam-packed afternoon and explore the sights, sounds, and flavors of Miami with performances, demonstrations, and activities for all ages.

Festival Schedule

Performances

12:00 PM Thai Dance Troupe of Miami, Thai folk dance 

1:15 PM – Middle Eastern Cultural Arts (MECA) Dance Ensemble, Iranian traditional dance 

1:30 PM – Ballet Folklorico Aires Panameños, Panamanian music and dance 

2:30 PM – Cortadito, Cuban son music  

3:05 PM – Bahamas Junkanoo Revue, Bahamian Junkanoo parade

Performances will be presented with ASL interpretation.

11:30 AM – Alejandra Czarny, Yiddish folk songs 

12:45 PM – Pastelito Papi, Pastelito-making 

2:15 PM – World Class Martial Arts, Taekwondo 

3:30 PM – Centro Cultural Boliviano Masis, Bolivian dance and folk costume fashion show
