DESCRIPTION:Making Miami Home\nWe all came from somewhere and everyone has a story! Find out why\, when\, and how people have come to call Miami home. Join Resident Historian Dr. Paul George and Education and Guest Experience Coordinator Ingrid E. Argueta. Experience the birth and growth of our community through the stories of the women\, Native Americans\, Black and Afro-Caribbean\, and Latinx/Hispanic people who have made South Florida their home. \nTour recommended for all ages. Capacity is limited and available on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nRegister here.\n \nFunding for this program was provided through a grant from Florida Humanities with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
