DESCRIPTION:Join us as we explore cultural traditions that are “so Miami.” Meet the artisans and experts whose crafts\, skills\, and services make Miami\, Miami during these intimate\, one-of-a-kind experiences.   \n  \nHaitian Food and Folktales\n\nSunday\, July 11\n11:00 AM – 1:00 PM  \nLocation: Little Haiti Cultural Center\, 212 NE 59th Terrace\, Miami\, FL 33137 \nFor Haitian storyteller Ketsia Theodore-Pharel\, stories are shared while preparing a meal. During this unique experience\, Ketsia will guide you in preparing Haitian dumpling soup while she shares a story about this special dish\, along with other folktales. Join us at the Little Haiti Cultural Center for an afternoon of telling stories\, sharing a meal\, and learning about Haitian culture. \nMeal and ingredients included in ticket price. Recommended for ages 10+.
