SUMMARY:Flamingo Ball 2018
DESCRIPTION:HistoryMiami Museum will transform Hialeah Park into a tropical oasis\,  with its second annual Flamingo Ball on Saturday\, March 3 \, 2018.  The theme for this year’s gala is ‘Tropical Nights.’ \nThe Flamingo Ball\, named after the beautiful birds that inhabit Hialeah Park’s infield lake\, was first held in 1965 on the eve of the Flamingo Stakes horse race at the racetrack. The lavish pink social confection returned last year to a sold out crowd of the city’s most philanthropic supporters. \nThis year’s tropical affair will benefit HistoryMiami Museum and treat more than 250 guests to lavish buffet of lobster and stone crabs\, champagne and signature cocktails\, live performances\, and a special awards ceremony emceed by Emmy Award winning news anchor\, Cynthia Demos. \nHistoryMiami Museum will honor HEICO Corporation and the Mendelson Family (Laurans\, Arlene\, Eric\, Kimberly\, Victor\, and Lisa) with the prestigious Flagler Award. The award is a tribute to Henry Flagler\, a pioneer who had the vision and ambition to bring his railroad to Miami and develop a small town into the Magic City. \nIndividual Tickets: $350 Click here to purchase.\n \nThank you to our sponsors! \nPresenting Sponsor \nHialeah Park \nPlatinum Sponsor \nHeico Corporation \nSilver Sponsors \nAlex and Jessica Dominguez\, AT&T \nAvison Young/ Michael & Paula Fay \nBaptist Health South Florida \nBrian Barroso\, Mercantil Bank \nMike Carricarte \nFlorida Power & Light Company \nThe Jain and Lagoa Foundation \nMark Migdal & Hayden \nPedro Munilla \nBermont Advisory Group of Raymond James \nRyder System\, Inc. \nShubin & Bass\, P.A. \nThe Lynx Companies \nTotal Bank \nCandido Viyella\, Managing Director\, Morgan Stanley \nJulie and Michael Weiser \nHistoryMiami Museum would like to thank the night’s Presenting Sponsor Hialeah Park.
