DESCRIPTION:Guided Tour: Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida11:00 am and 2:00 pm\n\n\n\nExplore the history of South Florida on a tour of Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida. View highlights from the exhibition including Tequesta artifacts from the Miami Circle to a 1920s trolley. Facilitated by a Museum Educator\, weekend highlights tours are included with museum admission and are available for groups of nine or less. Approximately 40-minutes. \n\n\n\nASL Interpretation will be available during the program. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFree with Museum admission\n\n\n\n\n\n\n    RSVP for 11:00 am \n    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n    RSVP for 2:00 pm \n    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHands-on-History: Discovery Cart1:00 pm \n\n\n\nEngage with a selection of the museum’s education objects collection inspired by Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida – from a replica dire wolf skull to a miniature model trolley. Object selections vary per program.
