Join expert ceramicist Polo Ramirez and make your own ceramic “Chilalo,” the bird that, according to legend, is the source for this ancient form of Peruvian ceramic art. Just as the Chilalo taught Polo’s ancestors to make this type of pottery, Polo will guide you through the process of making your piece from start to finish, using techniques that have been in practice for generations. All materials provided. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Registration required. Members $15, Non-Members $25
