Join us on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 5pm, with activities from 11am to 4pm, for free things to do, learn, and experience with the whole family! Spend the afternoon exploring the history and culture of our vibrant city.

HistoryMiami is teaming up with Juggerknot Theater for its Free Family Fun Day on a theatrical exploration of Miami’s history. Join us for the Miami Bus Stories: Tropical Dreams interactive experience from 1pm to 3pm. Enjoy craft activities, storytelling, and more for the whole family.

This live, interactive event transforms the museum’s Tropical Dreams exhibition into an adventure through the history of neighborhoods like Overtown, Homestead, Little Havana, and more.

As families explore, they’ll find themselves immersed in the heart of Miami’s past, encountering live actors who bring key figures and historic events to life. This isn’t just a show; it’s a vibrant, educational experience that connects audiences directly to Miami’s stories, celebrating the diversity, resilience, and communities that make the city unique. Ideal for families, Miami Bus Stories: Tropical Dreams offers a thrilling way to understand Miami’s legacy and engage with the rich cultural tapestry that shaped South Florida. Join us for an immersive experience that brings history to life like never before!
